Standard Logging

Like most standard websites, this website automatically produces log files. These files include IP addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, and date/time stamp. None of this data is linked to personally identifiable information.

Analytics Tracking

We use Google Analytics to analyze and improve your experience on out site. Google Analytics uses cookies. The Google Analytics tracking tag also sends information about your visit to Google’s servers for processing and reporting. IP addresses are anonymized so no personally identifiable information is sent. You can always opt out by disabling Google Analytics: Disable Google Analytics

REST API CONNECTOR

The REST API CONNECTOR uses Google Apps Script to automate data import processes within your Google Sheets. It runs entirely within Google Sheets and Google Clout Platform, and none of your Sheets data is accessed, viewed, or stored by our servers. Upon installation, this add-on request the following permissions:

  1. View and manage spreadsheets that this application has been installed in. REST API Connector imports data into your worksheets, which requires reading and modifying your spreadsheets.
  2. Connect to an external service. This permission is required for fetching data from the API services you configure. In addition to this it’s needed to fetch data about your subscription info.
  3. Allow this application to run when you are not present. This enables you to set scheduled triggers so your requests can run automatically.
  4. Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications. This permission is required for opening up the sidebar so you can configure your API requests.

In addition, when you install the REST API Connector Google sign-in will authenticate your identity and share your email address with us. This information is used to track your product subscription status. Certain meta information about API processes is also tracked using Google Cloud logging platform to assist with debugging. This includes error messages from unsuccessful API requests, the hostname of API requests, the timestamp for API request.

We do not log authentication details, request headers, full request URLs, API retrieved content or copies of any Sheets content.
